* Personal history: Previously diagnosed with breast cancer.
** Family history: Mother, sister, or daughter diagnosed with breast cancer.
*** Symptomatic: Diagnostic mammograms may be done for a woman, 40 years of age and older, with any of the following symptoms: benign abnormalities, discrete mass/lump (cystic or solid), noncyclical breast pain, spontaneous unilateral nipple discharge, skin scaliness, skin dimpling or puckering, skin ulceration, and skin inflammation.
**** After three or more consecutive satisfactory annuals, the pap smear may be performed once every three years, or at provider discretion.


For Men:

Prostate exams are performed at IHC's Medical Clinic.
