Addressing Needs with Compassion, Dignity, and Professionalism
To address the intricate, intimate social and interpersonal needs of people within a community, formal education and continuous training are essential, but not sufficient. An understanding of the traditions, culture, and lifestyle needs of our clients is the distinguishing characteristic of the two dozen professionals staffing IHC's Human Services Department.
Human Services' goal is to meet clients' health and social needs through a comprehensive approach with compassion, dignity, and professionalism. Services are provided on site and throughout the community.
