IHC Medical Department Specialty Clinics

IHC Medical Department offers a range of specialty clinics and services. Please note that Specialty providers must be booked in advance and do NOT take walk-ins, so please call our Medical Front Office to schedule an appointment.Dr. Peter Dang provides Podiatry services every Tuesday.
• Dr. Andrew Fasciani provides Optometry services every Wednesday.
• Dr. Branislav Cizmar offers Obstetrics and Gynecology appointments most Thursday mornings.
• Dr. Patrick Pierce offers Chiropractic services every Friday and select Tuesdays in Medical North.
• Ann Bailey offers Acupuncture services every Monday and Thursday in Medical North, and is offering Acupuncture at Santa Ysabel on the 2nd Wednesday of the month.
• Dr. Robert Pace offer Orthopedic services every Friday morning.
• Bastyr University offers Naturopathic services, using natural medicine to discover wellness, every Tuesday afternoon.
• Dr. Alan Maisel is offering Cardiology on select Tuesdays on-site in Rincon Medical.
• Rhonda McMichael sees Biofeedback Occupational Therapy patients every Tuesday in Rincon Behavioral Health.

Tobacco Education Prevention Outreach Cessation (TEPOC) Program

Thinking about quitting commercial tobacco? Call or text TEPOC! TEPOC aims to reduce availability and exposure to commercial tobacco products. We offer free 1-on-1 counseling, Sacred Breath Circles (supportive discussion space), and resources for adults quitting smoking or vaping.

Youth Prevention and Early Intervention Health Education

Community Resource

Tuchily Healing Hearts - Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT)

Tuchily Healing Hearts- Mobile Crisis Response Team
Provides 24/7 crisis intervention and supportive services for individuals experiencing a mental health, substance use, or situational crisis, serving both Native and non-Native community members. Services include case management, transportation assistance, emergency shelter coordination, food support, and connection to essential resources.

Behavioral Health Bridge Housing (BHBH)
Behavioral Health Bridge Housing Program supports individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness who have mental health or substance use concerns. The program provides emergency shelter, transportation assistance, food support, case management, and short- and long-term rental assistance with required participation in financial literacy, job readiness, and vocational services to promote long-term self-sufficiency.

State Opioid Response (SOR) – TAY Youth
The State Opioid Response program serves Transition Age Youth (TAY) experiencing or at risk of homelessness with substance use or mental health concerns. Services include rapid rehousing, treatment linkage, supportive services, and stabilization support.

Tribal Opioid Response (TOR)
The Tribal Opioid Response program provides community-based education, prevention, and outreach services focused on substance use awareness, harm reduction, and culturally responsive support.
