BROKEN BOWL ART WORKSHOP

with Licensed Art Therapist, Christa Brennan, LCAT, LPC, ATR-BC, CADC

Join us for an art therapy workshop based on the ancient Japanese practice of Kintsugi, repairing broken pottery with gold, and the philosophy of Wabi-sabi teaching us to embrace the imperfect nature of life.

What you will do:

• Use art therapy to help with addiction, grief, and trauma

• Cultivate a personal experience that challenges you to move past fear and embrace self-compassion
