Mending Broken Hearts is coming to Pala!

Let's come together share our experiences, feelings, and resources for empty nesting.

The One Earring Project is an exhibition designed to bring awareness to the ongoing Missing and Murdered Indigenous Peoples epidemic and is an awareness effort inspired by the U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs Office of Justice Services.

In this class, participants will create a beaded necklace while spending time in community and learning how to be supportive during recovery.

Mamas, grandmas, aunties, and caregivers, come connect at our weekly Motherhood Group with crafts, storytelling, and community.

Back for a second year, Health Promotions Services at IHC has taken on the Ice Bucket Challenge to help raise awareness around Mental Health and to help break the stigma in our communities. Rincon Band of Luiseño Indians and Indian Health Council, Inc. have partnered with Strong Hearted Native Women’s Coalition to host a Missing and Murdered Indigenous Peoples (MMIP) Flag Raising Ceremony at the Indian Health Clinic.
