To be eligible to participate in this survey, you must be at least 18 years of age.
You must also meet one of the following three categories:
• Member of the 9 consortium Tribes or a lineal descendent of an enrolled member;
• Enrolled member of another California or out of state tribe;
• Non-Indian who is the:
1. Spouse of an eligible American Indian/Alaska Native, including same sex spouse,
2. Dependent of an eligible American Indian/Alaska Native, including adopted, step or foster child, or
3. a Woman pregnant with an eligible American Indian/Alaska Native's child.
